In the Ministry of Health update for today, Thursday, 1 October, 2020, eleven (11) persons have tested person for Covid-19.
These 11 new patients will be processed for admission at the discretion of the CMOH’s.
Ten (10) persons have been discharged from public health facilities.
Fifty-nine (59) are recovered community cases.
Recovered community cases refer to persons who were previously Covid-19 positive and in self-isolation at home and subsequently met the discharge criteria and were released from self-isolation.
Regarding the number of Covid-19 positive patients in hospital, that figure is 114.
TT’s total number of active cases is 1,837.
