Two men were shot in Tobago on Sunday night.

Reports indicate that Kevin Manswell, 45, and Harold Pierre, 48, were at Sandy River, Mason Hall when a gunman opened fire on the group.

Sources say they saw a man wearing a jacket with the word “POLICE” emblazoned on the back of the jacket.

The suspect began to shoot at a house, but then turned and began to fire at the men.

Pierre, who lives in Coco Watty Trace, Mason Hall, was shot in his left foot.

Both men were taken to the Scarborough General Hospital for treatment.

They are warded in a stable condition.

No one has yet been arrested, although police recovered a few spent shells at the scene.
