The Ministry of Health’s clinical update as at June 8th, 2021 highlights 280 new COVID-19 cases with 10 additional deaths, taking the death toll to 599.
There are currently 8,934 persons in self-isolation, 117 in state quarantine, 169 in step-down facilities with a total of 9,833 active COVID-19 cases in T&T.
129,437 persons have been vaccinated and 3,489 received their second dose.
